Sorry to post a very similar comment like before. But after trying to build the apps with Appwrite, I got tons of problems with all these OAuth with SwiftUI apps. The SignInWithApple is weird (popping up multiple times), Google Auth is not working even though I follow the documentation. Of course I may be doing it wrong. I tried to ask on Discord, no solution. I don't mind to pay but just really want to know whether Appwrite Auth works with these OAuth for SwiftUI apps. Another problem is the database, the realtime is not actually realtime.... Not trying to be negative here. I totally understand Appwrite is still in beta. Just wanted to solve the problems. Feeling a bit sad after building the apps for several weeks and find these problems with Appwrite.
I'll have to look into the swift issues and see what the problem might be. Did you open up an issue on discord? If so please let me know your username so I can find it and get some help for you. - Dennis Ivy
true I have the same issue but with my sveltekit webapplication. it works alright for email and password but not for OAuth and it only on edge browser(tried on Brave, Safari). when it reaches account.get() it throws this error of 401 even though the account is logged in and the session is already created in appwrite.
Actually the problem arises after when the user login or signup with his/her account , i mean the data of the user like name , email or all the necessary information are not get stored in the appwrite auth> users section . , Hope so you'll answer shortly
Great video and easy to understand but I am trying to get this to work with Home Assistant and nothing works. I really think Google sucks and am ready to toss everything that is remotely associated with them.
hm!, finally official video...
