bigballer no it's actually a tool you use just to make falafels. I have one at home it is like a doughnut-form with a cylinder holder you can search it online if you want to ......... I am probably late for answering this.
The texture is better. Some place dont smash the falafels and i find that the flavours are seperated. All the components of the wrap combines better when smashed
