I was issued the NSN standard set with white / red lights and it's still one of my favorite pieces of gear I was issued. Batteries last nice and long and the lights are just bright enough to be useful as an area light source. The little addons for the system make it a very useful and valuable as a good piece of outdoor survival gear.

You did not let me down. I watched to learn how to remove battery.
How long is battery life for each color?
Can the spare batteries be kept in the domed tubes it comes with ?
And do you happen to know how long they last if left on continuously?
Just checked and...no the batteries will not fit.
Actually theyre not “ chemlights” theyre little flashlights.
