Shaye Cohn, Craig Flory, and David Boeddinghaus - "Weary Blues" 4/10/24 at Three Muses

"Weary Blues", composed by Artie Matthews in 1915.
Unfortunately, only very little of David can be seen behind the piano.
During Craig's solo my view was blocked, I filled this time with slides. Sorry about that.
At 0:45 Shaye makes an interesting move with her left hand, somewhat resembling trombone playing.

Many thanks for this treat, kassiniru; and congratulations on your clever improvisation - without missing a beat - in using the slides. I'm not sure about the 'interesting move' by Shaye at 00:45, to which you refer. Isn't she just getting her grip on the cornet more comfortable by moving a couple of fingers?
