But today's world record is a crazy challenge, and a painful one, and epic, but also very painful...
This is kind of a warning because this guy his hands look awful after the challenge... like really bad haha

Try doing sets of 10 reps 1 min rests in between sets. This will elicit a better response since your going to be really struggle half way through.

But ALHAMDULLILAH Glorious Qur'an has not even a single error it is Far Superior and Divine.
For Conclusion: Glorious Qur'an is not the book of science S-C-I-E-N-C-E,But it is the Book of Signs S-I-G-N-S And Alhamdullilah there are more than six thousand signs the Ayats in the Glorious Qur'an out of which more than a 1000 speaks about science.
For example,how universe came into being?
Ans.It was primary nebula and then by the big bang everything came into being.
And that big bang was discovered by science few decades back 40years back,50 years back,60 years back,70years,80 years back it was discovered u can see mr.google about this as well.
But Alhamdullilah Big bang is mentioned in Glorious Qur'an 1400+ years back in surah
Al Ambiyaa Chapter 21 Ayah 30
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًۭا فَفَتَقْنَـٰهُمَا ۖ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَىٍّ ۖ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٣٠
"Do the disbelievers not realize that the heavens and earth were ˹once˺ one mass then We split them apart?1 And We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?"
Indeed those who have some good left in their hearts will be Guided towards the Truth which is none other than the Only Real Faith Islam (Peace acquired by Following Commandments of Creator,By Sumbitting your will to Creator)
Verily those are guided who deserves the best here and then ofcourse only True Believers of Oneness of Allah and Seal of Prophethood Hazrat Muhammad Peace be upon him,the Muslims they will go to Heaven/Paradise.
Go and do your research people,before it's too late (before ur dead as a disbeliever).
Clearly Mentioned in Glorious Qur'an that:
"if Allah Pleases,He may Forgive any sin but the sin of Shirk(associating partners with Him,worshipping other false gods) He Will Never Forgive"
