I suggest boiling the Raw banana first with turmeric and salt. Then marinate in ginger garlic paste. Or just some ginger paste if someone doesn't eat garlic. This way it won't take a long time to fry and the oil will stay clean of the black ink the raw banana releases. Because it is left behind in the hot water itself.
