Man, I don't see anything recent from you here on your channel, but I hope you're still doing your thing. I watched several videos on this process and most all of them fell short of really giving enough details. I think some creators are so busy trying to make a short video that they fail to make a thorough video. Yours was about the most thorough I could find. So yeah, come on back bro, the game needs ya.

Great looking cook. It really looks tasty. I love the way the meat separates smoothly. Looks really tender.

What's up brother I want to say great video. This is the first time I've ever commented on a video of any kind. But I like your style. I was buying some oxtails that were on sale yesterday and I saw some beef necklines for only 2.49 a pound. That was a lot cheaper than the oxtails and short ribs I bought. I've never cooked them at all but I bought two. I just put the 2 necklines, 2 boneless shortribs and 5 short ribs with bones on my pit barrel smoker. The oxtails are for Friday. I see you video is a couple years old and 99 cents a pound sounds real good. Everything has gotten so expensive. Especially here in los angeles California area. Me and my wife were thinking your from Texas or somewhere down south. I post my smokes on Facebook and TH-cam sometimes. But I need to step up my filming process. Well thanks a lot for the info and if I figure out how I'll send you a link to this cook and I'll definitely be giving you a shout out and assistance cred

Watched your video after I wrapped my neck bones just to see if anyone else has ever done this before. I’m glad to report that we are doing everything pretty much the same, but I’m trying the wrap with butcher paper instead.

Bro I have never had smoked beef neck bones. I am going to have to try that now. So, now that you have had a few cooks on that bad boy, what’s your favorite pellet smoker that you have?
