I don't have a Tom Cruise encounter but I did have a David Spade one. Met him in 2006 while working for Kfnx radio in Phoenix. He was guest speaking on one of the real estate shows that aired. I was outside smoking a cigarette and he came outside. The guy he was with was saying how David couldn't smoke there, something about having to be far away from a building in order to smoke. David sees me and points right at me and says " It's ok, she's doing it ". I put my cigarette out and ran away. 😂

Spade is rocking it including his hair and these guys are asking great questions and they're keeping their effing mouth shut and listening to everything that Spade says and letting him have space do his thing. Excellent interviewers excellent show. One of the best I've ever seen. I was engulfed in the humor. If you don't enjoy this, there's something wrong with your brain or something. Thank you guys! Coolest guest honestly. David Spade is underrated, and yet he has his own style of comedy that nobody can replicate. Kind of like you guys Pete & Sebastian. It’s like a niche except it’s respectable because it’s not replicated ever really. Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼

GREAT video- it flew by. Has everyone heard Spade’s audiobook “A Polaroid Guy In A Snapchat World?” Funniest audiobook or standup I’ve heard. I used to listen to it as I walked my dog at night - one night I laughed so hard a porch light came on. So embarrassing- but worth it.

Tom Cruise story - saw him at Boston restaurant. He was alone eating surrounded by 3 security guys. But, he chose to sit on the patio on a busy touristy street (Boylston) so everyone could see him. And yes, he's much smaller in person 😂
This was my top favorite celebrity guest and host combo interview. Spade was so different here compared to his fly on the wall podcast. I LOVED his stories. He is actually quite sexy. I never thought id say this but i wish i was his type. A flity funny petite blonde. Lol. You guys did so good. The only place where you blew it is right in the beginning when you two said Spade is coming on and then you proceed to rave about TC. Lol. Love you guys this was excellent. SOOOO GOOOD.
