Do you have any smart shackles in stock? Are they maranized? You're using some sort of dielectric paint to interact with the sensor nodes. Will this function and salt water application for Marine salvage work? Do you offer one in that line? I appreciate from hearing from you thank you very much.
Bad news….. those are nearly impossible to find in working condition that are complete with all the install parts. Might be one out there somewhere but we don’t have one unfortunately
We used to have a fleet of rental equipment and inventory of dozers, but we currently have limited dozer stock on hand. We do have some parts available. Please e-mail what you're looking for to parts@thomsonequipment.com and we will try and assist.
We support a lot of gearmatic winches helping owners make repairs to the internal components. Finding the mounting brackets for a specific install is really tricky on the old stuff. Nothing in stock right now for Gearmatic 19 brackets to bit Case 450C. Small winches are tough. You can find more information here: dozerwinchparts.com/blog/small-dozer/ Sorry, we can't help at this time.
Prices range wildly when looking at capacity and features as some include data recording and extra software. We currently have a 13.5 ton shackle that's shown at the end of the video in stock for $2,500 certified by the manufacturer (only 1 avail). The shackle and load sensing unit are working rated at 13.5T, but the rated failure point for both is over 50 Ton if your pulling situation safely allows. We can do larger shackles rated for big loads as well but they get heavy and costly in a hurry. Some of the larger ones with recording devices can exceed 10,000 USD.
If you're asking about the smart shackle for use on a crane the answer is YES. The sensor sends a signal to the display showing load. It will tell you the load being pulled or hoisted regardless of vertical or horizontal orientation. It works really well in increments of 100 lbs.
I currently have a dramatic 19 winch on the back of my international td8. Where could I get parts or a part breakdown. Mine doesn't seem to pull very smooth
th-cam.com/video/GkzlrthwzkQ/w-d-xo.html I can send you a manual and the parts breakdown of the gearmatic 19. Shoot me an email parts@thomsonequipment.com
There is a link for the PDF as well. I suggest you review our other video on the Gearmatic 19. (there a couple of parts you REALLY do NOTwant to damage)
I’m so glad that you care so much for your customers.

Is hydraulic branch ki price kya hai address kya hai WhatsApp Karen
Hydraulic winches are normally cheaper to buy, and more costly to install. It really depends on the model and tractor configuration though.
