The ED for TV finale episode is in here (TH-cam - 超時空要塞マクロス 最終回 ED) and also here (TH-cam - 超時空要塞マクロス リンミンメイの星のささやき), you may want to hear this program which mimicked Macross shipboard internal broadcast, quite interesting.
But you can never find a complete version. The official one has never been released. This is why I did it myself. This version is my remixed works. I first took the vocal parts of the 2 songs and put them all together in one. The result of our modern technology.😄

你提起TV版...我就想起當年係亞視醒目仔時間播這套片的，有一種香港的習慣我非常不喜歡🙄，電視台為了迎合本地較年幼觀眾的情況，把這套劇的人物名字都改成了香港地道的姓名，像原本的一条輝，改成了馬姓，叫馬輝。😳我明白如果香港年輕的孩子如聽到有人的姓氏是「一条」會成為笑話。😂但大家應明白，如果想讓日本的孩子看「三國演義」動畫，是否應把「劉備」改為「豐臣備」來迎合年幼的觀眾？🤣🤣

吓，網上大把，獨唱版本本身出過唱片，只不過成首歌只唱了一段: ランナー -リンミンメイ・バージョン-，完整的版本好像説因為唱片有合約或版權的問題，最終無release過在任何唱片中。樓上不是有人問嗎? 他上次向我提過，如果有天這裡訂閱人數超過3千人，能否叫我用混音技術將殘缺的歌段, 製作成一個完美的合唱延長版本嗎? (我明白許多人希望聽到飯島小姐在原曲有多一個verse，聽到她唱不同的歌詞。) 我算是答應了，不過目前人數一直唔升，我其實已製作了一個測試版本，暫時留給自己聽下算了。 😛

你錯了，許多人都不明白是怎麼一回事。不如我解釋一下:
這個版本是我自己混音做出來，我用了最少3個不同的音樂系統工具在PC上製作的，Audacity是其中一個，但不是唯一的，這在2014年之前是做不到的。大家一直都在尋找完整的原曲合唱版，但其實是不存在的，據說是因為當年出現了版權的問題，所以未在任何CD release 過，因此沒有完整的原曲。否則飯島真理小姐自己都一早拿出來了，還用著你們背後在慨嘆她的聲帶這些年到底發了什麼問題。
目前妳在各版本Macross CD 能聽到的基本上有3個版本:
1) 藤原誠當年的完整獨唱版
2) 飯島小姐當年的獨唱版，但只有一段
3) 兩人合唱版但也只有一段
在製作這個仿原整合唱版有一個難處，就是要把飯島小姐的聲音先抽出來，把背景的音樂去除，這技術在2014年之前我未能做到的，現在變成了等閒事，因為這方面的科技進步了。😄
