Thank you SO MUCH for making and sharing this video. This was exactly what I was looking for.
I picked up a Proxima 9280 at a salvage sale that I've been wanting to open up and see how it works, but I was hoping to watch a video on someone else doing it first. It's very similar in function to your projector in this video, so you were able to give me an excellent visual guide on what to expect once I "open the hood". Thank you so much!

My Projector LCD Panels have problem, I wonder that Can i purchase the part and replace it by myself if I'm not technician? Or it's not worth if I broke it then let the technician do the job? which one I should go for

sir - if blue lcd,red lcd cable disconnected,only green connected,all filters removed can we expect all colour images on screen ?

they are dichroic filters, they reflect the stop bands instead of absorbing them. some kind of special coatings

Dear Kerry, I found a Sanyo (long throw) projector from a local scrap market. Its button panel and lamp are working good but, pic is not showing, only white (blank) display is coming. How can i trace the fault? Please do the needful.... Moreover, external monitor display also showing good.
