    My best learnings : 7 thing which we should stop doing
    1. Living in past - usually many of us thinking about the past and that experience and forget about the present and 2. Overthinking - overthinking that leads no action in present or in future, and that can create fear anxiety etc.
    3. Self doubt - doubting about ourselves that can make us to quit.
    4. Getting into mode of worrying - everything happens for a reason so we should not get in to worrying mode for small small things.
    5. Becoming people pleaser - never please everybody be yourself.
    6. Self beating - feel yourself worthy.
    7. Comparison- when self beating become to much then we start comparing ourselves with others, everyone is different in there own way so we should not compare ourselves with anyone. Thank you soo much sir 🤗

    2 types of suffering :
    1)physical suffering
    2)mental suffering
    live in present state .
    the work of mind is to magnify ....
    problems are going to be there till last breath of life , the important question i need to ask is weather it is disempowering or empowering me.

    1)Living in the past
    2)Overthinking
    3)Self doubting
    4)Worrying
    5)People pleasing
    6)Self beating
    failure is a part of success... accept it and grow beyond
    7) Comparing
    be greatful for everything in life (attitude of gratitude)

    My learnings is that I should stop doing these 7 things: 1. Living in the past, because it's the memory what we have. And sometimes going to the past may give us the guilty, feel low, regret. 2.Overthinking: it can create fear, anxiety, inability to make decisions 3. Self doubt. If the doubt comes built the conviction 4. Worrying 5. Pleasing everyone. In this process we will loose ourself. We should do what we love to do 6. Self beating 7. Comparing.     My best learning : 2 types of suffer what we usually suffer :
    1. Physical suffering
    2. Mental and emotional suffering.
    7 things that we will easily get into the physical suffering and mental suffering that we have to stop doing from today itself.
    1. Living in the past :
    Sometimes we don't understood our mechanism that is the reason we go through different types of suffering. How we use the tool of memory and the tool of imagination is very important.
    2. Stop doing overthinking :
    Over thinking can create fear, it can create anxiety and inability to make the decision.
    3.Do not doubt yourself :
    We should not doubt ourself. If doubt comes we have to build a conviction and We get the logical and emotional reason to do it in the right way.
    4. You getting into the mood of worrying :
    We should get into awareness and we have to say no to worrying
    5. Thing to make everyone happy:
    We have to stop trying to please everybody.
    6.Self beating :
    Failure is the part of success.
    Sometimes we self beating ourself and we started comparing themselves. Awareness is very important.

    MY BEST LEARNING'S FROM THIS TRAINING :
    "here i can able to understand 7 things i should stop doing from today "
    in human experience we suffer 2 types :
    1:physical suffering
    2:mental and emotional suffering - from today i will stop doing these things ,
    and living in the past going to the past we need a tool called memory ,so we should be in the present ,
    problems are going to be last breath of death right ,, past dis empowering us ,,we should have positive mind ,and
    don't regret ,we should stop overthinking and do not doubt in myself ,, build the conviction and stop worrying ...
    and i will stop compare to others ,,these 7 things killing my self ,,so i will not do these 7 things in my life ,,i will give positive meaning in my life.

    People undergo 2 types of suffering
    1.Physical suffering
    2.Mental suffering
    They get into these stage by doing disempowering things
    Problems are going to be till the end of our life but we need to see where the problem is benefiting us or not.
    7 important things we need to stop doing
    1. Living in the past with pain is not good.
    we need to remember, whatever happens it happens for a reason we need to give a positive meaning to any situation that happens.
    2.Overthinking
    3. Self-doubt
    4. Worrying
    5.People pleasing- In the process of pleasing everyone we lose ourselves
    6. Self- beating
    7. Comparison

    Comparison have to convert into COMPETATION.

    7 things that we must stop doing
    1. Living in the past hurts the most .we cannot avoid suffering. Problems will be there till last breathe of life. The memory leads to the pain in the past.
    2.Stop overthinking. It will create fear and anxiety. It will also make low action which won't help in future.
    3. Do not doubt yourself....
    4.you getting to the mood of worrying . We must avoid worrying and say no to that.
    5. Trying to make everyone happy. A leader cannot sit and please everyone .
    6. Self beating..people keep scolding themselves and make them demotivated.
    7. Comparing. Biggest mistake in life. This is the 1st thing to stop in our life if y want success....

    My best learnings
    I could able to relate to what I'm doing most of the time I used waste my time in over thinking and thinking about my past
    By this video I understand we should not do that instead of that we should focus on what has to be done
