You guys always have such great videos. I saved John's number. We're staying on Big Pine the month ofJanuary coming up. Love Kiki's. So this could be our 2026 place. Tonio's on Summerland is a good restaurant. Also The Bent Prop on Cudjoe is REALLY good.
What a gorgeous cozy place to winter. Nice location and close to all the excitement, but feels like your own private island. So cute and comfortable inside with out the cookie cutter feel of condos.
Mark and Laurie do you guys ever miss the changing of the seasons and open space to roam in the north Georgia mountain area…… living in Key West last 2 years and feel cramped with so many people.
Actually we do miss the changing of the seasons but we don't miss winter being cold and dreary. We can always take a vacation to Georgia to have a fun fall camp out. As far as open space, since we live in Marathon in a quiet neighborhood with a little larger lots we feel fortunate to be able to take nice long walks with our dog, Skipper. Not to mention mostly filled with trees and not too much grass to cut 🌞
I grew up w 4 seasons and always knew I wanted to move out of the cold and have never regretted it! If you want snow to play in, you can go play and then come home.
