What month did you go? I heard the Alpine Coaster there has been permanently closed. Is it true ? I will go in november end.

Yes, the Alpine Coaster (included with the ticket) is closed for maintenance starting from March 14th. However, if you're interested in riding, Alpine Coaster 2, which costs 70,000 VND, is available from June 1st.
It was very crowded when we visited. To avoid missing some attractions, arrive early to cover all the places.
