    Thanks for your informative and "down-to-earth" videos, @JefftheMortgagePro I have learned so much from you in a short period of time. Quick question: If I have a mixed-use property and the residential units are rented out but I keep the commercial space to use as part of my business, is that seen as the lease being associated to a member of the family/owner?       There's not many. Ameritrust, Acra, Oaktree

      So I own two of them but need to refinance after putting cash in. I’ll check into the companies you mentioned.
