What should be the minimum CGPA that one should have inorder to apply for Public Universities in Germany? And what if you have CGPA below 3 can you still study in prestigious public universities of Germany?
Minimum cgpa is written on each program mostly german 2.5 is the minimum. Regarding other questions I already answered in my video admission depends on other factors too
