Here's the video I was looking for last one month Thank you so much for giving such detailed information This is really help all those individual who are planning to move to Germany
Hello Kaustav! This was another informative video. Appreciate your genuine effort to enlighten people aspiring to move to Germany. I’m a dentist and I want to pursue my PG there in Germany. It’s my humble request to you to do a video about health professionals as well if you have knowledge on it. Like, whether the hospitals are recruiting overseas docs to work as a resident doc/PG under them.
Thank you for your comment. The thing is that I do not have knowledge on that, and I do not want to give false or incomplete information. I will try to connect with people in similar field and make something on that topic.
@@EkaStudyTogetherhello, I'm also a dentist and looking for master studies related to clinical fields in Germany. Plz let me know if you got the information.😊
Hi Kaustav. First of all, thanks for making such informative videos. So I am an Architect with almost 7 years of work experience and planning to move Germany for masters in real estate management type of a course. There are very few videos available on youtuble regarding this subject and many architects like me are searching for this information. Would be really helpful if you shed some light on this topic for architects. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for your comment. That is a very uncommon field of study and so videos are less. I will try my best to search for someone in that field and make something
Bro, I have just one question. Please reply. I completed my graduation in German (BA Hons in German) with 74% in 2021. After that, I joined Amazon as a Catalog Specialist in the same year. I now have over 3 years of work experience related to Vendor management, Operations and project management. Am I eligible to apply for a Master's program related to business studies, such as an MA in Operations Management or International Business, at public universities in Germany?
is doing masters absolutely necessary? i mean, can i get a job if i did my bachelors in it in Germany,ik doing masters will make it easier to find a job, but is only bachelors fine? given that i am good in German language
Yes, you can definitely get a direct job after masters, and with German language proficiency for sure. Masters is not mandatory. But having a masters degree enhances your profile and also makes you eligible for more salary.
Kudos to your videos brother, humble, no drama, straight to the point. Im a Btech Automobile Engg graduate working for 11 years in the same industry in India and aspiring to move to Germany. However even with my work experience, im finding it extremely hard to find any jobs there. Even when I do, I never get a chance for an interview. I figured a master's from Germany might be the only way im going to have a fair chance at an interview there. Therefore I am applying for 2 universities there for this Summer intake (Electromobility from FAU Erlangen, International Automotive Engg and Automotive Production Engg from Techniche Hochschule Ingolstadt) having collected all required docs like APS, A2 German etc. Albeit my modest Btech score (only 70%) im hoping they consider my work experience in the same field as significant and accept my application. What are your thoughts on this?
After 11 years, it can be very very difficult to go back to study. But it depends on your will and motivation ofcourse. Applying to 2 universities only can be very risky, because applicant numbers are huge. You may not get selected by small margins. Also, since you have such a huge study gap, your motivation letter must be really good in portraying why you want to go back to study. Otherwise, they can reject also.
Hey Kaustav....really appreciating your videos lately. I am a bengali guy and did my bachelors in Business Administration from CU (Asutosh College). I am 28 now and am planning to go to Germany next year for an MBA or an International Marketing degree. I have worked as a technical content writer in some well known startups and organizations and am currently doing freelancing work. Yes it would be. There are very good Marketing courses in Germany and jobs too. But keep in mind, for your field, German would be required in most jobs.

You can learn while doing your Masters and get work experience via technical student jobs or jobs in the university. After your masters degree, you will be a fresh graduate and competition can be strong. Be prepared for that. Working for 3-4 years in India and then coming to Germany is also a good option.

Hey Kaustav, great video! I just want some clarity about earning as an MS student. You mentioned in the video that working as a university assistant doesn’t count toward the 140 full days of work. So, if I work in the university, I can still work other part-time jobs for up to 20 hours per week. With part-time jobs, I’d earn around 13 euros per hour for 140 days, plus any extra income from the university assistant role. Is that possible?
I said working during the semester break doesn’t count towards your 140 days. But even if you work at the university, during semesters it is still counted.
@@bongingermany If I work 10 hours per week in a mini-job (earning €520 monthly, tax-free) and 10 hours in another part-time job (€13/hour), I'll earn around €6,000 tax-free from the mini-job and €7,200 from the part-time job. Maybe its not right, I wanted to inquire about your salary range back in 2020. Are you still sending money to your family in India? If so, have you compared your previous savings with your current financial situation in Indian currency, considering you transfer funds to India? Why Do you think a salary range of 65,000-70,000 EUR is insufficient for starting a job after completing a master's degree? Would your savings now not be better compared to your previous job? Additionally, if living in Germany does not suit you, isn’t it possible to return to India and claim the pension contributions you deposited here? In light of these considerations, why do you feel it might not be beneficial to come to Germany? Just curuous after seeing your video.
Good point. Happy to see someone bring a really valid point. As mentioned in my video, a salary of 65000-70000 is much better than what I was saving in India and also living in Germany has other perks too…but what I wanted to point out in this video is that coming with a masters and then joining a job can get you a lower salary. On the other hand, coming first with a job can get you a salary more than 65-70k , considering you have an experience of 7-8 years already.
Lets take this scenario. Imagine u don't know good enough german (maybe a b2 level) and someone native also applies for the same PM role. the company would prefer the native guy. And if u are thinking that u would get an English speaking job, then wake up mate. For english jobs u wont be the only one applying. there would be thousands if not lakhs of people applying for that job across the country. also mind u having connections works so well in Germany. So yes knowing Deutsch is such a plus point. just give an hr or 45 mins per day and u should be good to go.
@randomnerd is correct. I second that. Also, for Product Manager roles you would mostly need to speak to clients and stakeholders, so English roles would be very very less. Naturally competition would be very high. For software engineers and purely technical roles, the situation is a bit better because there is no interaction needed with clients / stakeholders.

I have 1.5 years of experience in Hr field, which option is best for me. Coming for masters or opportunity card.
For HR jobs you would most probably need German language. If you have atleast B2 level German skills, you can definitely come with the opportunity card for jobs. But even then, getting a job can take time
Hi Sir, I got an unconditional offer from SRH University with a Duolingo score 115. Is this score enough to apply for a student visa, or should I consider taking another English test?
No. For visa you need to show either TOEFL or IELTS
@ Is it okay to show TOEFL home based as well
@ you need to check university requirements. If they have mentioned TOEFL, then it is allowed
Sir can you earn 80k euros a year after graduation from university in Germany? Plz reply. Thanks a lot.
80k is a very high salary. For freshers it is very rare. For experience candidates, yes possible. But there are many factors.
Hi Kaustav, im having 4 yrs of not technical work experience. But i graduated as BCA and im planning for masters in technical field. Which is appropriate for me, to do masters in abroad or apply for tech jobs as i don't have any experience.
Since you have no experience you will be treated as a fresher. As a fresher it is very difficult to land a job now.
Is it worthy to do btech in CS from renowed university TIET (Thapar)in india or in Germany as i have completed my diploma in CSE at TIET only ?please reply soon
your university does not matter as long as your skills and knowledge are improving. be it in India or in Germany. Also, whether you want to come to Germany depends on your wish to move abroad. it's not that getting a degree from India has less value. But getting it from Germany will help you settle abroad easily.
@bongingermany sir if for some reasons we need to go india back after bachelors from Germany then will it be highly valued in India also?
@ yes it will be. Not just in India, in any other country
@@bongingermany thankyou so much sir
