As per balaji said..In many colleges these rules are there..but the think is , it is not visible to everyone..Even in my college too we had these type of rules...in order to say clearly..we have more torture than this....we too tried to change the rules and had a big overall strike in my college..but we can't able to change anything ... we are all students..we can't able to change anything , since many colleges are run by Politicians in TN, They know how to control us..
