For those who only have room for a single group 31 in their RV, this would be a nice upgrade. I’m glad manufacturers are now taking advantage of the extra room in the battery case and putting more battery, and less foam inside. Having a 150 amp BMS is just a bonus, now being able to power a much larger inverter but still keeping the battery weight within reason.
Curious if anyone is using for a car, the newer ones have so much draw on the lead acid and this one seems to meet the threshold for most 4 cylinder vehicles. Especially if it'll surge 700 amps, that'll crank most V8s
Hello. Been looking at those. Can you check and help me with knowing what's the bare minimum amperage usage monitored? I try a litime and the minimum is 1.5 amp , but I had a bad experience with that battery and litime didn't wanna help with the warranty. Thanks and great info..
@OffGridBasement thanks for taking the time to respond. You have some great Info on the channel. The reason I was curious, because I found today that since the BMS only monitors that minimum of amps, when temperature protection is trigger on the battery, it has to be more that the minimum to be recognized as charging. Below that, like today my panels were only producing .70 amp at 18 volts the charge controller was pushing some current on the battery but was only about 1amp . Not sure if that's a problem. I manually turn off the charge controller just in case. We at around 10F
A lot of times you can wake up a 12v battery with a tiny 9v battery (like out of a smoke detector). Of course, to use a battery you'll need a charger, but unfortunately some chargers will not wake up the battery. Yet another reason to carry a jump start pack with a "boost" function for too low batteries.

Thanks for the comment!
Good review but a tear down, although destroys case, is always needed for a full review.
Im sure there is another video out there that does the teardown, check it out.
The look on your face when the battery turned on again 😂
Hahaha! I know!
$500? No way!
Amazon = $279.99
@@stuartstuart866 The battery in his review is not the same as this!
His review battery retails for $499.99, it is heated and has bluetooth.
Waaayyy, dude!!
I put in the wrong Amazon link! It will be fixed in a few hours. Sorry about that!

I feel a car would need more than a second of surge to start. I'm definitely not a mechanic! Thanks for the comment.

The lowest this reads is a 1.2A draw. It will flick between 0 and 1.2a. Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment.

Redodo: Red-oh-dee-oh, or Ree-doo-doo, or Red Oh doh. WHo knows how this this is really pronounced
Someone should ask the company for a correct pronunciation.
@@samtrosper7224 I don't think they care. These weird names are all about Amazon rankings.
Red-o-dio is correct! 重新
The company asked to be pronounced "RED-O-D-O". It's odd, but that's how they wanted it to be pronounced.
Amigó regáleme una batería de esa 🙏
It really is worth the money spend. Thanks for the comment.
