I’m 74 and today feeling lost in the shadows planning my death. These last five years have been difficult and I have become more alone and today seems even more intense. I’m sitting outside under the trees and bright sunshine with my dog, how is it possible to feel so worthless? This started in February of 2019 when a reiki therapist suggested calling in divine healing into my life. Since then periodically I have been calling in the Grace of God yet the shadows deepened and then remind myself “up for healing and release” except there seems no end to this and my withdrawal from the world.
