Spanish with Paula, thanks for this lesson. I have been studying basic Spanish for a while and I need this lesson now. This is something I will have less trouble with now that you have cleared up some things. Thanks again!
Actually I'm your new subscriber nd have to say....Wowww.. Amazing explanation.. Coz I've watched a lot of videos about this topic but this one is best one ever... Thank you so much.. Like million thanks to you... Lots of love from LAKSHADWEEP.
great explanation i have one doubt how can we say how was your day,vacation,week end/ the food /the party ?¿Cómo te fue la comida? o ¿Cómo estuvo la comida?
rahaf djo Thank you. We’d say ¿cómo estuvo tu día / fin de semana? ¿Cómo estuvieron tus vacaciones? Vacaciones is always plural in Spanish. Or you could also say ¿Cómo te fue en tus vacaciones? Regarding food, it depends on the context you want to express, meaning, if you say ¿cómo estuvo la comida? You want to know about the food itself. If you say ¿cómo te fue EN la comida? it has a sense that you want to know how was everything not the food itself, maybe the person had a important negotiation in that event. Let me know if you have further questions 😉
Good lesson. I have a question, though. How about the sentence I heard on a Spanish language broadcast, "La elección ha sido observado." One could argue that this is a temporary event and should therefore use the verb "estar," no? Why is the verb "ser" being used?
Hi guys! There's a bunch of vocabulary on this lesson. Now, you can ask and say many things :) :)
Best spanish teacher on youtube in my opinion

This video is really helpful but it definitely sounds like she said "He is gibberish" @ 3:01 😂
where is vosostros/vosostras
Where is the ser and estar of vosotros and vosotras?
Vosotros estais, vosotras estais. Vosotros sois, vosotras sois.
American = Estadounidense
Americano = anyone from the Americas, including Mexicans, Canadians, etc.
Porque eres tan lista
two thumbs down.
