In Spot round of Jac Delhi, Will she get a benefit in JAC Delhi or she will fall under General category of outside state?

Orientation mai jana jaruri nahi hota hai and remaining fees bharne ka notice dtu ki website par aa jayega. Most probably orientation ke baad jab classes start hogi tab notice aa jayega
