First of all I’m shocked I just know of Jessie’s participation in such a program. I mean... someone of her status! But still, I’m so proud of her!!! And I’m Chinese! Hahaha
I really adore this lady, her energy and burning passion for music just oozes out of her naturally. What a great artiste.
Also I’m not sure if people understands this; the seriously cruel aspect of these competitions: Chinese programs like this pitches Already Famous, highly respected, experienced musicians against each other to get 1 winner out of all of them gifted talents. It’s really tough!! It really puts their skills to the test at every stage they plan to perform. I cannot imagine the amount of resolve and courage they need to muster up to agree to be a part of this. I’m just absolutely impressed by the commitment and professionalism of all of the amazing participants. They may not all have won the competition but they’ve all won our hearts. Well done!!!!

It's because her personality puts a damper on her singing in terms of how the public perception. She looks kinda mean/aggressive, non approachable, not relatable, etc.
