Automatic Egg Turner for Chicken Egg Incubators. DIY Egg Turning Tray in Pakistan

Home made "Automatic Egg Turning Tray" for incubators. It holds 60 chicken eggs. Egg turning system fitted with 5 Watt 220 Volt AC 7 RPM Synchronous motor. The easiest way to source the motor is to use motor used in microwave ovens. I bought it for PKR 250/- from local electronics repair and spares store in islamabad. Total expense on the automatic egg turning tray system is around PKR 800/- (7 US $). Ideally give one turn after every 6 hours. For better results, turn every 2 hours. Always remember to put egg pointy end downwards in the tray.

Brother how about add timer so that I can only turn at certain time interval. Is that possible.

Thats not a complete rotation for the chicks to get their daily exercise to keep them strong and healthy . But if you turn that into a sliding egg rack and let the eggs roll freely and make a 180 turn at each angle of trajectory will be more of an ideal .
