In Singapur people STOP at the red light and follow the rules & law. Their President and Family dont STOP the roads to let them pass. To make that work dont need any money. Start building the foundation, not empty talks but doing different!

As we rightfully demand for accountability from our leadership, we should also be honest enough with ourselves and look in the mirror. The thieves are our parents, brothers, sisters, uncleS neighbours, friends.... we know them, yet we never question where the money comes from as long we benefiting from it. WE ARE ALL GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION

Very true. Most of these guests talking eloquently about the plight of Kenyans and how wastage should be cubbed have already benefitted handsomely from the failed system.

THis was a high voltage conversation. Most people ignored the conversation because Njeru is not their everyday politicians like Didmus Baraza with empty talks, packed with hatred.

The police does not follow the regulations on discharging of the guns.
I have a personal encounter with and well I pray for such an experience never happens again.
Some policemen are trigger happy and they don’t care at all. It’s like they are not human

This definitely needs to be dealt with. How I wish Njeru would do a well written introspection into his experiences and give us a from his perspective a proper guideline on how best this can be managed.
This would give us a proper outline of what Zakayo or his replacement must do.

Ipoa should have a office in every police station they will be more effective than waiting for complaints in one central place.

They waste the taxpayers tax shillings because they do not feel the pinch of real work and paying tax! Chasing per diems is a big integrity issue! Let them use the Board Rooms and stop going to Naivasha and Mombasa to eat Pilau!!!
Remove the per diems from their remuneration and reduce their salaries so that we know the ones who vie for those positions are true service people!
Remove most benefits and match them like the other wananchis.
    Tumechoka🙇🏾‍♀️🥱😉✊🏾🇰🇪

Enough said. We have a privilege system built on patronage and excessive, unnecessary expenses. A broke, debt-ridden country like Kenya cannot afford to continue like this.

3.Gocernment officers foot the bills of their personal assistants ! Government officers are supposed to be competent and where they are not competent you pay for it!

Police who are undercover with civilian clothes should have a police badge to identify themselves. If plain clothes police are in operation they should arrest after identifying their police badge but should not be in any altercation that they do not have a chance to identify themselves. A police commander assigned on ground should not allow an identified unit to operate without a direct authority and identification with the police commander on ground

Wow i am very happy the wakili is hitting the truth on the head. Per Diems that has led this opulence, arrogance and despicing the public.
Eric, Du and CT you are doing a great work.
Went the DP was here in Germany last year I told him directly the issue of Per Diems and i immediately made enemies. The reason i was candid with him is because he started the narrative of telling each other the truth.
Hiyo hot seat yenu will like to sit on it.

Mr. Njeru did well in IPOA. I got assistance from the institution that was invaluable. It was destroyed there after, systematically and deliberately. Today police oversight is non existent.
My only criticism of IPOA under Njeru was the fact that they employed or coopted policemen to do their investigations that created a big mess. The policemen sabotaged investigations, they went to the extent of intimidating complainants.
