Hi, sir which date should be included as the educational completion date in application, little bit confused as a Kerala HSE plus two certificate holder , as you know the certificate have exam held date and result declaration date, which making it confusing for me. On brief- My plus two is issued as for the exam held on march 2014, but the date of publication of result is given as 15 May 2024 in certificate itself, in the application form the column is asking for result declaration date precisely so, which one should i add, kindly please reply as same doubt is applicable to 10th and my graduate qualification addition.

I m complete UG at 2023 April month exam,.. result of final sem 8.7.2023
But date mentioned in provisional and consolidate is 11.3. 2024 because provisional and consolidates were issued me for 8 months delayed by university due to technical issues..they printed my comsolinand provisional at 11.3.2024 so they mentioned that date on that....what I do
