I like to imagine that this thing is built like a tank. It's got impenetrable defense but is slower than other giant machines like the earthmover. The machine just pulls up to your city and rolls over everything, feeding anything in its way into its massive furnace. It also has an army of smaller steam powered machines to fight for it. As it treads on from city to city waiting for the next thing to burn, it leaves a massive trail of ash and melted metal/plastic
i had a thought, since its melting metal/plastic, and v1 along with v2 can make their own things out of metal in blood, could it make its own enemies out of metal and other stuff it melts as a prototype version of what v1 and v2 can do?
I kinda also imagine this thing having a gigantic flamethrower arm (like Benjamin with an electric railgun spear arm) that shoots hellfire amount of plasma and flames and has streetcleaners and small flamethrowers as its defence to protect the steam powered city possibly built on its back.

V1 was an prototype and therefore there won’t be a lot of information on its capabilities or specs, so having knowledge about V1 is already hard, let along making something to counter it V2 is basically a bodyguard, making something to counter it will have ethicality issue
