I love this behind the scenes tour and your presentation at the NWFGS. I live in the foothills in SE King county and look forward to watching your videos. You have a lot of knowledge to share and your presentation is excellent. I think you'll be getting many new subscribers!
Hi Kate 🌺. I just watched you and my friend Janey .That was very cool video of the amazing gardens and your garden design looks so beautiful . Have awonderful day .🌺🌻🌺
That was such an eye opener after watching the finished show with you and Janey. Of particular note for me was what the end result of what the moon gate became. Thanks so much for that “ behind the scenes”! 🇨🇦❄️🇨🇦
I think we have some of the most incredible designers right here in my backyard! And Tony is an unshakeable GENIUS. It's such a treat to watch all these people create.
I just watched the finished tour of the garden show with you and Janey on her channel. Loved seeing the process of building these beautiful garden displays. Can't wait to see your other videos.
I love this great behinds the scenes footage. You do a wonderful walk about... you are informative and very well spoken. I think going to this show in person next year is on my Wish List... until then, thanks for this awesome overview!
I love getting to show off all my garden friends. This year’s show was HUGE. And out it in your wish list! 20 years ago, displaying at this show was on mine. ☺️
I too just watched your tour with Janey. I live in the PNW (Kingston, WA) and am beyond excited to hear that you will grow your YT channel. Can't wait for lots more. Glad to have "met" you virtually. BTW--your garden was my favorite at this year's show. Gorgeous and had it not been for the crowds, I can totally imagine the calming effect it would have. Forest bathing indeed.
Oh weren’t the crowds BANANAS this year?!? I’m so glad you loved it and yay for local garden friends! All of the mushroom covered logs came from Bainbridge. So it’s hyper local. Ha!
Just came from Janey’s channel. Been looking for more “local” gardening friends. I live just east of the Cascades, and visit your side of the mountains frequently, especially when plant shopping for clients. I grew up on your side of the mountains, but have gardened now in mountain desert for 25 years. P. S.- Still mourning the loss of Molbak’s. Went there during the last few days and took photos to remember and hugged everyone else who was there doing the same thing, as we all told each other how much that place meant to them. ❤️
Oh we can’t even talk about Molbaks. 😭 It was a huge loss for the gardening community. I’m so thrilled their design team is continuing on! Jen Szabo is a treasure and leads a beautifully cohesive team. I’m so glad to have you here!
Well I'm joining the band wagon. Just saw the video with Janey and was inspired to come visit you. That was a wonderful video and I loved how you pointed out so many of the cool things in each display. Now I get to watch you on your channel. Thank you!
I’m so glad Janey introduced you to us🤗. I love the inspiration I get watching and learning from other gardeners. I am super excited that you are a northwest gardener 👏. I live in the nw too. Pretty much anything you can share here on youtube I will, for sure, be happy to see….and learn…..and be inspired. I love to see what other people with my same climate do in their landscape! So nice to meet you 🌞
Hello, do you know what the bright green conifer is at Adam Gorskys installation? Did you do a walk through of the final product? Would love a talk about the plants that stand out.
If it's the one I'm thinking of, I think it's a pine. In the foreground, right? There is a really great one called Pinus 'Louie' that I used last year... very similar structure and coloring.
Here from dig, plant, repeat. Omg, that camellia….can I just say, you are one talented lady. I want to learn from you for sure. Question…can you list the place I could find those tabletop candles?
Oh isn’t that funny… I get so many questions about them! I absolutely LOVE them. They are called the “Wick” candle. They are a rechargeable LED and so fabulous. They’re made by a company called Graypants. Check Graypants.com, Lumens.com or WestElm.com. Enjoy!
Hi Kate, glad Janey introduced you to all of us! Looking forward to your channel.
What a treat to be introduced to you all! Honestly. I feel so welcomed by you all. Thank you for being here. ☺️
