Eggplant sandwich with tomato & cheese for lunch yum

Hi everybody it's me Jenny
so I wanted to share this video with you because it was my lunch
and I took 2 pieces of Torano Italian bread from Aldi's
and I put a little bit of butter
three nice pieces of breaded eggplant not fried
and two big pieces of beefsteak tomato with some salt and pepper
and one piece of 2% American cheese
it was really delicious
and it's something that I have often when I'm having lunch
eggplant is my favorite food i should say
and it was very delicious and I enjoyed every bite
but then I got full and I saved the other half for the next day
which you'll see in the next video
so I just wanted to share this with you
you know
I like to eat but if I get full I don't eat the whole thing
I always like to save half of my food if i can most of the time
and that's about it
