Hi, that noise is just the tensioner pulley finally rotating after a long time as the car was sitting for about 2 years.

Don't think so, used original.

@@wilerd2032 Hi, not sure if its the same but they come in a 6-Bolt or 7-Bolt option. We used a Honda Genuine part that was recommended for this car.
Video reminded me I need to replace headliner in my Euro R🤦🤦
