    Very helpful, thank you 🥰 I've recently completed medical assistant school, however I've still been educating myself and ensuring that I can comfortably retain the information and be prepared while I'm in the job search process.

    I’m not a math whiz in the least but you explaining the conversion from mg to ml made so much sense. I’ve done it in my head a million times and confuse my self so bad!! So thank you so much for this video!!

    Ms. K thank you so much for your videos (from a year ago; there are 9 of them) on Medical Assisting. I do not have a medical background so this is somewhat difficult for me. But with your guidance and help from the NHA study guides I PASSED. When I tell you I gave way to tears when that monitor said pass, there are no words. KEEP IT UP. You should think about starting an online course or school. 😊

    I’m in your group on Facebook and I must say I love it! When I seen someone say something about Dosage Calculations I started freaking out 😂 but they had let me know it wasn’t hard. The way you broke it down was so easy I’m like okay I think I got this. With you being a MA instructor is it the same with the nursing students? I believe they get a dosage calculation test before each clinical and if they don’t pass after the third time they’re out the program. Does this apply to the MA program is well?

    • @MedicalAssistingwithMsK
      @MedicalAssistingwithMsK  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I completely understand as I’m not a math person myself lol… I’m glad this video was helpful. Dosage calculations for nurses is more complex. I’ve watched some dosage calculation videos for nurses and let’s just say I was happy that we don’t have to do all of that lol

    • @MedicalAssistingwithMsK
      @MedicalAssistingwithMsK  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      And no, the same does not apply to the MA program.

    • @MedicalAssistingwithMsK
      @MedicalAssistingwithMsK  หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you are dealing with solids, just focus on D/H. The Q only matters if the problem is dealing with a liquid. Like the example where the available dosage is 250mg/5ml. The Q will be 5ml. Does that make sense?
