That is true, and when Ilana came around she was just as good and then the best after Tiffani left. A lot can be desired for Tiffani's voice though. At least Ilana had a good one. I always thought it was wrong to not add Brandi into "The Party" she was a much better singer than Tiff.

Yeah, well Brandy had stage presence, don't get me wrong but for me personally I was drawn to Tiffini's dancing. I thought Tiff suited The Party more than Brandy because she was great at dancing and would blend in better especially with the intense choreography. Brandy would have been better as a soloist than a pop band member imo.

I would definitely have loved to see more of Brandy. She was able to capture people on her own without any backing so unless she was the lead singer of The Party, I think she'd have been better off going solo. She also would've be amazing on Broadway too I reckon.

FYI Initially the song was recorded in 1961 by the Marvelettes. At that time the patch on the coat and hat/cap were maroon with white lettering. The music device he's wearing hadn't really been invented and the mail sack would have been leather and not canvas. The sound quality has definitely improved. This is NOT meant to be critical.
