They don't play on the world map in this, that's a different mod called bannerlord online, on here you walk on foot to castles across the map and make/buy armour and swords

the mod's real gameplay starts at 1:40 everything you see from there on is from the mod itself. The map from eye view point is to show what happened prior to the siege. The mod is called Persistent Bannerlord and in the video description you have their discord server
