Oh love, you seem so down on yourself. You had triplets lady! You're basically superwoman for even considering the gym when they're two months old. My advice is to start with the exercise, it will improve your shape and more importantly your mental health before the food/diet will. That will follow naturally the more you start to feel better and less hopeless about the situation. You are amazing! You WILL do this!
