As an American citizen and we are very familiar with the presidential motorcade, ive always wondered how other countries see this?
Well, if we compare the point 08:09 where the convoy of the Finnish president arrives, this is from a completely different world. 😅 When the president of Finland moves, he usually travels among normal traffic, with one police car behind him. Now policemen and equipment came from all over Finland, even back to work from summer vacation, so it is a very extraordinary event. The last time a similar situation happened was when Presidents Trump and Putin met in Helsinki in 2018. We have a saying here that everything is bigger in America. 😂
I think it's super exciting. Though I am interested in American presidents I had no idea just how many people were involved in all this. Watching people crowd overpasses by the airport it reminded me of old films on presidents. It felt like we had a bit of history happening here. I am less interested in the politics and more interested in the sheer power of presidency and everything it entails.

Am from Kenya and when Obama came thousands of police officers were deployed all over the city and people lined up to see the motorcade just for a few seconds 😅
