What would be awesome content for the channel, it to create a video from grain to glass (minus your trade secrets) including the cuts and blending. Distilling is the natural progression of brewing, just wish the laws allowed for home distilling (aside from New Zealand). Home distilling would spark incredible innovation in the professional industry. Cheers ☮️
@@jonathang.5092 maybe your interpretation is different than ours , we feel it doesn't get much more craft than what we do , we built the still from local materials using local trades, we use local botanicals in part and we run the still collecting only the purest hearts. We use ethanol which is distilled from fermented grains. We care about the quality of the product and we aren't mass producing

Yeah we haven't expanded to shipping spirits to Boston but who knows maybe one day, you'll just have to schedule a trip to Ireland

We use ethanol at 96% from a wheat origin
