I love the fact you mentioned that self-care is beyond bubble baths.

Hi Jeremy, fab video and think I'm finally getting the hang of the self care as doing most of the tips. Like I spent an hour in my garden last night, with bees buzzing, sunshine and birds singing 😍made life feel very good. And not feeling guilty about doing things for me so much, but realising how vitality important they are 😊 Happy Friday and have a great weekend.

Hi Sarah! That is absolutely fantastic to hear, and funnily enough my plan today is to go spend an hour in the garden myself (although it’s Autumn here but it’s supposed to be sunny so hooray!). Very happy that you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a great weekend too! 😃

Such a wonderful video here Jerermy, glad you shared these ideas with us! It is very important that we take care of ourselves, itis one of our needs! Taking a break should be one of those, we cant force ourselves to work only and not giving it some rest! Nice sharing!❤

Thanks Trish, I’m so glad you liked it! Rest is absolutely essential (even if we have to keep on reminding ourselves of that fact!!)

I’ve started listening to your podcast on Spotify about a week ago after a really low point in my life. Like, looow. It has been so comforting to hear someone who has been going through some of the same stuff I am and to hear clear, relatable, and objective advice. Thank you for what you do and keep up the amazing work!

Hi! Thanks for your message and I’m sorry to hear you’ve been going through a rough time, but I’m glad my content has been helping a bit. Wishing you all the best - take things one day at a time and remember that all storms eventually pass. 🙂
