Something magic about that 3x sound , like a miniature Rolls Royce Merlin . 👍
They have a real following don't they Paul!
I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but that to me, is the best looking bike ever.
I had a chance to buy a Hurricane when I was a kid but passed on it because of the reliability issues. 40 years later, I still regret passing it by. The sound and power of that BSA Rocket III motor with the stock pipes is still music to my ears.
Glad to see this historic beaut being looked after and ridden the way it deserves!
Best looking bike ever and sounds awesome.
I bought a Triumph TR 750 in 1975 just out the Navy, Boy was that a mistake selling it.
They really do need to be ridden. That gorgeous triple is so unique.
The nicest British bike ever made.awesome. 😎👍👍👍🇬🇧
A lot of people love this one eh!
I Had a Go On one In The 70s Only a Short TRIP Bloody HEAVY !!!and Dangerouse !!! Its LIGHT on the FRONT end ?and Top Heavy ?BUT STILL Epic !!!!!a Limey g
Interesting that it was made for the US market and the pipes are on the UK side.
Great video - Perfect bike for that road! What could be better for a country lane bimble?!
Definitely need to replace the rear sprocket with a 47 tooth .
Music to my ears ❣️
saw one these new in a shop window in the middle of the night walking down a street i cannot remember but 50 years ago i recall seeing that amazing tank seat deaign. it was too dear for me...... Triumph shoukd do a retro model....one lean and fragile and real performance....not like their 900 Bonnevilles fat and gutless...but gracile alloy and grunty
That exhaust note... Epic!
Too right Gary!
What a fantastic Motorcycle ride.. Good commentary too Dave. 👌
Great sound, great look, great job of restoration. This was a pleasure to see and hear. Thanks
Only problem with this video, its not long enough. Keep up the good work cheers
Glad you liked it Tim, that was pretty much all the decent footage we had of the bike on the day, sort of ran out of time to shoot :)
The start of the video made me pucker: Lawrence of Arabia anyone?
Looks great! Sounds FANTASTIC!! 👍👍
Always thought these looked brill only ever saw one in a classic showroom in Hastings and if I rember he had two in!
That's Cosmo's shop.He has sold a fair few Huricanes,
The x 75 was designed by Graig Better . I think it was the best looking Trident. Very rare nowadays.
Craig VETTER !😁g
That front brake is totally useless but nice looking like the bike itself
I have the same on my 1971 TR 6
Tricky to balance the 3 carbs, the middle one needs to be a bit richer to aid in cooling?
Hey Paul, yeah, we've heard a few people saying that actually! Thanks for watching the videos.
♥️♥️♥️
Beautiful machine. What's the year of manufacture?
Some late 72, most are 1973
1972-3 I Recon g
Honda 750/4 or one of these?? I'll take the Hurricane. Yeah, I know .... I make bad choices.
ALL DAY LONG !!!I HAD A Usella Andess Lookalike !!!!YRS Ago COULD NOT !!!!!AFFORD Her ???????BUT STILL WANTED HER ?????😔😍😛😂😂ITS THE LOOKS !!!GOD Help us 😔lol g
Not enough dialogue
As far as Triumphs go, I've never been a fan of these Hurricanes. I can appreciate them for what they are...they're definitely of an era, very USA 1970's tricked out vibe. I'll take a 60's Bonneville or TR6 over this one anyway... even though it's probably worth more than those other bikes.
Daveco you really should ride one. I've owned numerous twins and triples and for me the only bike that trumps a triple is the TSS
