Oh my gosh! Your dad was awesome. And yes, everyone wore tight clothes back then. Haha. Im 47 and have a bunch of my old t's. Mine were Metallica, testament, anthrax, slayer, faster pussycat, iron maiden, and so on. Good ol days.

damn man! sick box! just stretch the shirts back out using a bit of hair conditioner and luke warm water. Has worked well for some of the super shrunk tees i've found in the thirft. The trick is to use either tile on the ground or some sort of measuring platform to ensure that you're stretching the same on both sides.

Let it sit in warm water that has conditioner in it for 30 min. , lightly wring some water out then manually stretch to preference and let dry. Repeat til you get the desired fit

Dude how big is your frame? You don't look like a really built guy. Mediums should fit you just well, unless you're really tall. I'm 5'11, 180 lbs and wear mediums comfortably.
