I love having the washer/ dryer in the master closet! One suggestion would be to only have the upper shelf & rod at the end off the closet where in makes a corner. That way you have hanging space for longer items. Another suggestion in the living room is to center the front door on that wall with picture windows on each side. That way you have more room for furniture on both end walls. I love your homes! Thanks!
This tiny home don't seems small. Loving this model a lot. Most tiny homes feels cramped and boxed in the way the home is designed. But, this home feels more like a house. Good job Mr.Tiny you out done yourself this time. This the Cadillac of all the homes I've seen on TH-cam. Mr Tiny, I might be alone in this, but I don't want "regular-size" appliances in my "Tiny" home. Top quality single bowl sink, small dishwasher, much smaller cooktop & oven, with a smaller refrigerator/freezer (preferably a freezer on the bottom). As we age, bending over to look into the refrigerator is literally a pain. LOL. Thanks for your Tiny Home Tues. I try not to miss it each week!
I like the layout, but I’m not a fan of the grey/brown/black combination. I’m so glad you make the islands movable. Makes a huge difference. I would put a big deck with a pergola across the front of this home.
Love the exterior but honestly was a bit disappointed in the interior. Was more farm than modern. Good layout though but would like a tour with modern finishes.
I like the side entry. The kitchen looks larger. Thanks for the window. That must have been an interesting read...hehe. Great price. It occurred to me that smaller appliances would increase counter space and perhaps eliminate the island for more living room space. That closet is awesome for the total square footage.

An old hippie friend built a house very similar to this, with a porch across the front. You walked into the living room, which held more than a couch. On the left side of the house was the kitchen space. On the right was the bedroom and bath. He had added lofts above the kitchen and bedroom. It was very small but felt roomy, more like a vacation cabin. My only objection to tiny homes has been the tunnel effect, and this center-placed door relieves that claustrophobic feel.
Don't know who requested more of a modern look, as opposed to Farmhouse style. Too much brown paint throughout this model. Nonetheless great presentation, Mr. Tiny (as always)! I love it when you strike those wooden shelves! Also, nice pic @ 0:40. Keep up the great work! Happy Thanksgiving!
For my taste, this is the nicest layout I've seen in a tiny house yet. Not a fan of modern style so I love the warmth of the interior colors - makes the modern look of the monoslope less noticeable. Think I would put more of a taupe color on the outside to go with the trim. One thing I see done on almost every house that really bugs me - the bathroom counter extended over the toilet. I understand the need but when it comes time to service inside that tank - guess what gets in the way!.
Very nice. I can definitely see this home for a younger person in college or just starting out or even someone like me as I get older. The exterior colors blend well together.

This is my favorite tiny home that you've shown! The only think I would change is some of the finishes! And the price is FANTASTIC!!!

Mr. Tiny called it modern, but it doesn’t look it on the inside. Looks more like a rustic/traditional mix to me.
