Team 1 can let the boss use s1 90% damage reduction shield then proc c1 and c2 to let the shield run out before switching in Team 2. Then team 2 carries on from the boss s2 without having to deal with the shield and will have c1 and c2 available for buffing up again because they reset per team. Also, team 2 will start with full SP instead of 5, so they can go crazy from their first turn.
