@@atomickaiser1934 it’s still not really one of the biggest though. it’s literally not even in the top ten, less than half the size of the larger Azhdarchids and not even the largest member of Pteranodontidae. Saying pteranodon is one of the biggest pterosaurs is kinda like saying Suchomimus is the one of the biggest theropods. Sure it’s a big animal and dwarfs everything on land today (like how pteranodon dwarfs everything in the air) but is the 36ft long theropod really that large compared to the likes of a 42ft carcharodontosaurus, 40ft T. rex or a 47ft (or possibly more) Spinosaurus? If it wasn’t much of a difference in size I wouldn’t have brought it up but the fact a pterosaur with a 20.5ft wingspan is considered “one of the biggest” when there’s 11 or so more pterosaurs (which I know of mind you) which have a 23ft to 43ft wingspan,. Yea, this a bit of a joke.

Awesome New Field Guide on the Pteranodon, it looks brilliant and I definitely adore this alongside the Pteranodon from Dinosaur 2000, the Pteranodon from The Isle and the one from Jurassic Park III as one of my favorite Pteranodon models in my opinion.
This is super cool! I can finally make my dream jurassic world. Also i love how they are changing the models of some dinosaurs to the models of the Jurassic world movie!
Crossing fingers for the ability to use the JP3 models and skins. Those Pteranodons are some of my favourites representations in media (despite being toothed wings, albeit those helped making them terryfing).
More then likely going to be in the game, we probably just have to unlock them in Chaos Theory mode. It would be pretty weird to be playing on one of the what if movie maps and not seeing/unlocking the skins that appeared in said movies.
@@zoyuomg5934 I just find it weird that the pterosaurs just sit on the edge of the feeder and eat like they’re on a table (they wouldn’t do that in the wild). It would have been way better if they added a hunting mechanic where they would swoop down and try to catch the fish from the feeder (there being a chance they don’t get it).

Idk why but them all gathered together at the fish feeder is so adorable to me - would love a rare *diving* animation! Basically, for water sources that have fish feeders installed, a Pteranodon might occasionally swoop down and CATCH one, instead of the usual "sit on the edge" animation. Also...that Pteranodon at the start whose head didn't move with the rest of its body was straight posing for the camera lol
From the way it's movements look, it looks like it;s actually moving independently instead of on a set rotation of animations like in the first game, exciting!!
The pterosaurus are so beautiful and realistic. I love the pteranodon design and hope the other fliers be great as these two. Also will there be an allosaurus in the game its one of my favorites.
As a guy said on their instagram profile, we aren't going to see this game very soon, I'm talking about December, even if there are some theories like the ones of Evosquare. They are keeping releasing only 1 SFG for week, as the guy said they should release 3 per week, because in this case we have to wait a lot, and we all are so exited to get this game
I have a question when you were making the Claire DLC did you ever think about how you could just put like her before they get along until one of the boxes and put the others in different because that would’ve been more realistic and plus there are straight Sarah tops it is in Cala sources Pachycephalosaurus and Parasaurolophus were you even thinking about is a sauna
It would be a good idea to add stuff like rivers to feed a pteranodon like the aviary from Jurassic Park 3, although it would be a part of a specific island instead of being manually built

0:14 if you look in the back you see it like glitch out to land which is pretty much proof they fly independently
they are alive now !!! they can eat, rest, breakout , build territory and attack guests!!!
