I don't understand how you don't wrap the rope around your arm when you do several rotations on the same side

Hi there, if you've shortened your rope by adding knots we recommend undoing those. From there keep practicing and mobility will come 💪 Keep up the great work!

@@Weckmethod Hi I studied your video more and more, and focused on the position of the hands. I figured it out. My hands were in front of me when I was going doing the movement, whereas in your demonstration, they're behind the waist. Thank you!!

I love this work with the rope! I'm starting out and I can tell you its addictive. I have my upper back deltoids and arms sored from yesterday's session. What's the difference between the Cheeta's Tail and the Behind the Back Underhand Roll? thanks

Anyone truly get a good workout and get lean doing this or that's not what Rope Flow is about?

for me I'm interested in the health benefits of increased coordination, and mobility, especially in the spine. I've heard it's a good workout but I wasnt' fat to begin wtih.
