Or she just loved him too much that she got so afraid of losing him, and in the process, she lost him anyway. This is such a powerful song, talking about the importance of trust in a relationship. When LHK leaves while she's in the bathtub, she sees him leaving with HER. This could symbolize her belief in there being another woman, but she doesn't realize there is no other woman, and it's just something she made up on her own, which is why the other woman is her. And LHK is leaving to go sit in the car and be sad because he doesn't know why she's acting the way she is, and he's being driven away by her. The moment when PSH stops trusting him and starts doubting is very traumatic for her, which is why it looks like she's about to commit suicide/killed LHK. She put to death their relationship in that moment.
