Where can we buy the models

What program are you using I just bought an Ender 3 S1 Pro 3D printer and want to design an RC plane, but your program is really handy. If it is possible, can you send me the name of the program. Great video thanks
@@sergeivanbaal8878solid works 👍
@@renerosentraeger Thx, also what motor are you using to get VTOL and Horizontal thrust.
I'm stunned by how you've managed to transfer this design from CAD to a working prototype with such precision. I thought that this accuracy could be achieved only on full size craft. Astonishing level of craftsmanship!
To be honest, thinking back to the beginning, I can't believe it as well.
Thanks! It’s been over 17years of my SolidWorks experience and René’s practical RC and aircraft design experience that has come together for this. Thanks for your kind words and support!
@@marcphilippveenendaal4394 A good lesson for all to be learned from this is, invest your time wisely. Time investment is every thing. good job and enjoy the fruits of your Laboure
no doubt precision was excellent up to the mark
MAN! your passion and talent is INSPIRING. The design, the details, the ENGINEERING and presentation, all are simply top notch!
Thanks man!
I can not wait to purchase this model. Its looks and performance are absolutely amazing.
We cannot wait to release it!
This thing is absolutely amazing! The amount of work and prototyping that went into this simply boggles the mind. Nicely done!
It’s great to hear such kind words! Both René and I have poured countless hours outside of our normal jobs to get this project “off the ground” 😉. We really appreciate the support and interest in what we are creating!
I love what you are doing here, cutting edge design and fabrication, testing, the crazy performance capabilities, all of it is so ingenious and cool. Thanks for sharing your work, it’s really inspirational.
あなたの動画のおかげで自分がいつか作りたいと思っている物を作る方法の一つを見つけらました。ありがとう。
Incredible build process and I really enjoy seeing the evolution from original concept to final variant
Thank you very much!
Both René and I appreciate your interest and support!
@@marcphilippveenendaal4394 I have multiple jet designs so watching someone with similar vision have multiple victories is good for my soul and inspiration to many more of all ages. Well done 👍 and I genuinely like the design
Thanks. We have been having a great time developing this jet!
Having been a hw and sw engineer for several decades, I'm super impressed with the work you guys have done with this. Not only the mechanics of it all, but the 3D printing challenges, and the flight controller challenges that you've overcome are staggering and impressive! Look forward to seeing more.
I don‘t even own a 3D printer and I don‘t even know how I got here but I instantly subscribed to your channel. I love this project and I am curious to see what comes next.
Mach weiter so 👍🏻
By far the coolest 3d printed plane to date. Loving the lights on the thumbnail. Looking beyond good.
Haha, thx ;)
Thanks René for taking us along on this journey! 👍💪✌
Always welcome 💪
Great work ! Thanks you for sharing so many details as well as the issues you met. I'm impressed by the amount and the quality of the work you've achieved in just 6 months. Also as a designer, I share your love the bambulab and really like the multicolored scheme you've chosen!
This is amazing. I mean, what a time to be alive. To be able to create this from idea, to real flying air plane. And not just any air plane, but something with so many amazing features.
Thanks! Yes we are also amazed at the possibilities and freedom of design and development.
Der aufwand der in dieses Projekt gesteckt wurde hat ein Abo verdient!
"Full story", I expected to see JRM do a liftoff and landing, such a cliff hanger! I will wait patiently. Great project, watched every video with huge interest!
Krasse Arbeit. Gratuliere aus der Schweiz 🇨🇭👍👍👍👍
Vielen Dank! Die Unterstützung ist geschätzt!
the CAD model alone is a work of art
As we look back on the process and the hours spent getting to where we are, could not agree with you more 😂!
This is great to see. I’m currently working on a different yet similar project so I can relate with all the design hours, 3D printing parts just to realize you missed a detail and now the part needs to be reprinted. So kudos and keep it up!
Really really good job. Wow. I m speechless. 👍
My respect for this enormous task with the result of an impressive solution. Well done!
Congrats on getting a sponsor! My only feedback is an editing one. You should consider a fade in/out for audio between cuts. Thanks for the process video!
Are you a full-size aircraft engineer? This is beyond incredible. It is much harder to make a small-scale aircraft work than full-scale aircraft. Simply amazing engineering. Cheers from Texas, USA. With love!
Yeah Thx man! Was working with full size ones some decades bevor switching to the smaller.
@@renerosentraeger
Too bad you did quit ! Make this one one person flyable please !
This build is so beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
I have enjoyed the making of the su-x so much, and this final project had turn out too cool! all of the prototypes of this jrm were all so cool, and the final C version was so perfected and just AMAZING!
I really loved the cool landing gear suspension and retract design, its so clean and compact
It has been a labour of love 😉
One thing I think it's worth mentioning, you could have a 3D printed exterior for all the details and laminate the inside for greater strength. Except maybe for the wings, where surface quality is one of the most important material aspect.
Fantastic work! I like the pointy nose, it's scary!
Glad you like the nose! I spent considerable time re-engineering it and modelling it with René! We also like the outcome
I quit instagram, It's great that I got to see your project again
Im really impressed with your work. Its amazing! Congrats
Excellent engineering. I am looking forward to buying the STL's
Inspirational work 🤩
Fantastic build Rene !
Amazing control.
Thank you!
i really like the design its like spin off of F22 raptor and russia's SU-57
👏 Bravo !
Hallo ich bin Sprachlos was für eine Wahnsinns Arbeit von und deinem Team einfach nur Wow und das ist wirklich Modelbau vom feinsten Great Job beste Grüsse aus der Schweiz!!!
Danke :)
Herzlichen Dank fur die Unterstützung!
that is amazing. it looks like a Berkut Golden Eagle Russian jet. And a lot like the U.S. Ryan Vertifan project for the U.S. army. I'd really like to see a Su-75 Checkmate fighter plane made with 2 fans 1 in each wing. Hovering jets amaze me. That is an amazing amount of work on the plastics and composites there. 😆😁😉
Pure passion! Great job.
You have come up with an awesome VTOL jet and "blown away" the design...
Truly incredible work
Great work René! Lovin' it!
Excelent design!
Lockheed martin design team on their way to hire him:
We look forward to that 😉
You are the Mike Patey of RC airplanes. Amazing engeneering and prototyping!
Haha, thx ;)
Okay now I want a VTOL Variable sweep wing jet xD
Absolutely!
You sir are a very smart fella, well done it's awesome
ASTONISHING WORK!!!!
wow. a genius building a dream, i love it! very VERY impressive!!!
Always happy to see you in the comments 🙌
Fantastic work !
Truly amazing work!
Absolutely stunning work! I can tell you are top notch engineers and would excel at any engineering project you put your mind to!
Wow, thank you!
Not sure about that but we are up for all sorts of challenges!
can we have a light weight version of the jrm-01 without vtol cause I like to have a light weight power to thrust that would be so cool but ether way incredible work :) weiter so Rene
We plan to release the CTOL variant first. It will dispense with the complexities of the VTOL and allow conventional flight. VTOL will be a future release for those brave enough to try 😂
Amazing commitment to this project, with an amazing result! I love it! On the landing gear, by any chance, would it make sense to put an oil shock on the landing gear so it doesn't bounce on landing? Like something from a real small rc car. So that it's light. Might not even be a problem just an observation. It looks amazing.
Nice idea. Will be exploring various options when we test the latest parts!
Brilliant work
Simply astounding. I imagine intricate concepts like this every day, I lie in bed and imagine new assemblies and new ways of achieving results in my aeronautical designs but I sadly lack the CAD skills to make them reality (odd because I am a designer in the aviation industry - interiors and liveries of bizjets - so I scribble on paper but until I learn CAD they remain mostly just scribbles but I’m proud of many of them - I designed an aeroelastic hydrofoil and started working on winglets long before they were commonplace in full size aircraft - until I learn I will keep enjoying the work of masters like you. One thing I would love to see is a study into how thin a scaled down jet’s airfoil can go for effectiveness and efficiency - I know you chose the best airfoil given the flight parameters but I always wonder practically at what point does an airfoil become too thin and if that can be overcome by undercamber or a dynamic airfoil that changes thickness for given flight phases - a span wise oval cam that rotates to raise the upper wing skin at the centre of pressure for instance - just thinking in writing, I love your landing gear design here btw!
Those are beautiful planes, good job!
Incredible work!
If this becomes a real life sized aircraft that a person could fly, it should be designated as the JRM-01 René
For your information the model designation JRM-01 already recognised both our input. “Jet or Joint René Marc - hence JRM and being our first collaboration 01 😉
Excellent and fantastic and fabulous explanation
beautiful 👏👏👏
What the software design?
It looks like “Solid Works”
Amazing work.
Such great job
Im blown away by how skilled an talented you are very impressed an enjoyed the video wish I could work along side someone of your caliber so maybe some of your skills would rub off on me
Thx!
Lots of hard work and excellent results! Thanks a lot for your videos, very expiring and educational. Happy New Year and best of luck with your projects!!!!
Happy new year!
Thanks and a Happy 2024 to you too!
Nice work! I like the details
Amazing!! 👍👌
Noted! Happy 2024!
Nice Job! Great project. From what I can see, I bet you could cut a 1/3rd more airframe weight. There's some really talented folks on RCgroups around 3d printed airframes.
Do you got a link?
We are sure there is but it come down to invested time and payoff. At present we have optimised our design for the print profiles with best outer surface finish and strongest structure all with most efficient printing.
LOVELY one visible flaw the forward fan's door opens in the direction of attack. should open away to maintain its aerodynamic design
Not if you want to catch and divert the air. We are not using the cover in forward flight but during slow forward transition. Check out the F-35B variant. Same concept and on a real jet.
I noticed a very cleverly thought-out build, however, the transition is too slow and I never understood the concept, especially in a touch-and-go situation. sitting duck
@@marcphilippveenendaal4394
Bravo c'est impressionnant
Merci beaucoup.
You could try hexagons for the wing's structure for higher structural stability
Qué belleza! What a beauty! Was für 'ne Schönheit! 😍
Herzlichen Dank!
This is an absolute beauty of a plane 😍 Really appreciate the fact that beside spending 6 months designing and developing it, you even spent time letting us know every step 🤟
Can’t wait to see the CTOL maiden and also the 70mm version!!
P.S. Is the final version’s dark green a Colorfabb LW-PLA colour or it was painted? In both cases turned out perfect 🤟🤟
It's from 3dLabprint.
The CTOL Maiden can be viewed in René’s earlier video. It’s a hand launch. It is when we discovered how amazingly well it flew and decided to add retractable gear for a ground take off and landing. That video is still to come 😉
It's like seeing the actual scale down version of VTOL Su-57
Hi my beste wishes and loot of succes with your projects!!!😊
WoW ! Just excellent workmanship, I liked the whole video. OK now I have to get one. How much for the PNP version. HaHa. Great job and video
I need a 3D printer
I salute u bro respect...what a talent 🫡🫡
Inspiring
Whenever available … I’ll try to print it out on my Prusa MK4
WOW what a beautiful airplane
this is epic!
Success for "Rene... "... Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia, 🙏
It would be interesting to see this great fighter jet in a large format.
Is planned!
@@renerosentraeger sehr gut! very well!
Super! Danke!😍🤗
ART !!!!
I’d love to see actual levcons on the leading edge to the air inlet probably not worth the extra weight but would be interesting to see if you could recover a bit easier on high angles of attack
great work ! amazing ! thank you !
just a little hectic on the very very short time for the timeline cutting of the video, it puts me in dizzy way 🤪
amazing video
Put a base coat of high gloss black under chrome paints like the gold you used. It will look much better.
Incredible job guys. We are anxious for get this model out. Please ..... take my money!!!!!!!! We want it !!!!!!!
It's on the final🛫
beautiful guys so amezing design and hard work perfect aircraft and actuall desiign much better then f35
Amazing work! I coldn`t fly it, but i would love to build one, though. I´m in CAD and 3D printing aswell, so i will try JLC3DP printshop myself. Thanks for showing.
Diene tausendjäger ziet geil aus mann. Richtig krass.
Piękna robota
Thx!
Magical work boys ... but I have a suggestion ... instead of tilting the motors and having door opening-like intakes ... please investigate a sliding-intake doors ... the ducting can have intakes anywhere by sliding a shaft that closes the intake and/or opens another ... you also by that manage the drop in power during transition as I assume ...
Nice idea mate!
Awesome!
I highly recommend trying to make the body parts out of foam by CNC milling. You will be very surprised how much lighter the model will be and how much more efficient it will become.
Not really an option for the home 3D printer user. Once CNC foam machines become more commercial we may look at that as an option.
@@marcphilippveenendaal4394 nowadays it's pretty easy to convert 3d printer into simple CNC suitable for foam milling.
amazing
Amazing
Love your work man so awesome
Thx!
