I have a few questions because I wanna order from cettire. 1.) Are the products and sales they have legit? 2.) I’ve heard lots of issues about returns/refund issues with cettire. Have you experienced any of these issues? Please help, their sales look amazing lol.
Hello there. Thank you for your message. I have only had great experiences with Cettire. I have had to return items and there was absolutely no issue. The products are 100% authentic. The prices are amazing. I have purchased may items. Hope that helps. Let me know what you buy. :)

I just realized that the return policy states I only have 14 days weekends included 😏ALSO, "return needs to be in our selected courier custody by the 10th day" this almost seems impossible for busy international consumers! Geez lol, I am working with my bank to settle.... thank you so much for your prompt response. 😀
@@Craigbharris 2 pair of Veja sneakers. They are one size too small 🙃. The total was no more than $300. They came in two separate deliveries on the 14th. I emailed on the 16th. I was hoping to get a return label sent to me before we left for NY for the holiday. They replied on the 19th! So there went 3 days! When I returned I entered the return information and the system prompted - unable to process the order. CETTIRE is a 👎 for me.
