It's not real haha, he takes interviews and recreates their backgrounds. He even created a new online series of it, Face to Face. Honestly they'd all have laughing fits. Plus he asks some people really intrusive and embarrassing stuff they probably wouldn't actually answer. Also some parts, you can tell, are edited from interview footage because it doesn't make sense out of context. But for sure this isn't real xD
