Hi .. sorry for late reply. Hope it's still useful. If you can show the certificate or proof that you studied in English for your bachelor, you probably won't need the IELTS score. I heard that some students get accepted that way. It can also depend on each faculty and department. So, I would suggest you to contact your interested department or faculty.

I think international students can apply because they said 'Roundtrip Transportation for ASEAN Student'. Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of this scholarship. Hi … whether scholarship will cover all the fees depends on your program. Some program like mine cover full. I don’t need to pay anything but some programs cannot be covered by this scholarship. So, please search for your interested program and email or phone them directly about scholarship. In that way, u can get more complete info.

Hii sis ... when I applied scholarship, I didn't calculate GPA. I wrote like my university didn't make the result with GPA but I attached the transcript in the additional documents and I attached my transcripts with the application.

It depends on the faculty or department that you are going to apply. For my department, everything is covered by the scholarship, tuition fees, monthly stipend, etc. But I heard some departments or programs cannot be covered by the scholarship. In that case, you have to pay extra for the special program.
If you are selected for the department that you want to attend, it means that the department accepts international students and the courses will be in English language.

It’s possible if the department that u gonna apply accepts CU-TEP. So you should confirm with the department. If you want to make sure, please take ielts or tofel. In the blank u can fill like CU-TEP score - 90. I hope it helps 😊😊
