I had just ended 23 days of fasting at a health farm (under the guidance of health guru Dr Bernard Jensen) on nothing but water for three weeks and had to be persuaded to start eating again. I thought I was seeing God... "No Melanie, you are dying, you need to eat" was his response, so I did... Does this help explain my references to eating and drinking?
