This is hands down the best ensemble cast Guiding Light ever had. With the glaring exceptions of Roger, Holly, Bert and Rita it really was the most exceptionally talented depth of actors an actresses out of all soap operas has ever had. Just dynamite! To bad they started swinging the ax over the next year replacing them with bland uninspired characters. Not until the premiere of the Cooper family and the soon there after return of Rodger and Holly the show became dull and listless.

I couldn't stand Beth. She fit in the Spaulding family like a turd a punch bowl. The original Mindy was suited for Phillip.
Judi Evans(Beth) was suited for Lujack
